3. Hiking: Hiking is also important as taking hikes increases your stamina. As hiking is an outdoor activity, it allows you to get exposed to the vast amounts of oxygen allowing your lungs to take in abundant of air which helps to relax your body. Hikes also help to build your muscles and the cardio muscles which will help to improve your stamina.

4. Pilates: Performing Pilates is also helpful in increasing your stamina and also improve your posture and aligns your body. You should focus on the lower back and the stomach. The exercises help to improve your breathing, sleeping patterns and relieve stress on your joints and tendons. The exercises are very demanding and help to increase ones stamina.

5. Lift weights: Exercising using weights helps to increase you stamina as weight lifting strengthens your muscles and also the cardiovascular muscles. One should use their own weight, free weights and weight machines to perform the exercises.
